Ingredients
2 lbs bone-in chicken thighs · 2 tbsp Söl Original · 2 tbsp olive oil · 4 garlic cloves · juice of ½ lemon · fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken dry. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and Söl Original — coat chicken thoroughly. Marinate 10 min. Bake skin-side up 35–40 minutes until golden and 165°F internal. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Söl Garlic Butter Shrimp
Tender shrimp in garlic butter with Söl Seafood. Serve over cauliflower rice or whole grain pasta for a complete, clean meal.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs shrimp · 2 tbsp Söl Seafood · 3 tbsp butter · 5 garlic cloves · juice of 1 lemon · fresh parsley
Instructions
Toss shrimp with Söl Seafood. Melt butter over medium-high, cook garlic 1 min. Add shrimp in single layer, 2 min per side until pink. Finish with lemon and parsley. Serve immediately.

Crispy air fryer wings dry-rubbed with Söl Spicy. No frying, no guilt — bold heat and serious crunch. Gameday approved.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings · 2 tbsp Söl Spicy · 1 tbsp olive oil · 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil, Söl Spicy, and baking powder. Air fry at 380°F for 25 min flipping halfway, then 400°F for 5 more minutes until deeply crispy.

Lemon Pepper Salmon in Foil
Flaky oven-baked salmon with Söl Lemon. Ready in 20 minutes, packed with omega-3s, and big on bright citrus flavor.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets · 1.5 tbsp Söl Lemon · 1 tbsp olive oil · 1 lemon sliced · 2 garlic cloves · fresh dill
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon on foil. Drizzle oil, season with Söl Lemon, top with garlic and lemon slices. Seal foil. Bake 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

Ingredients
2 bunches collard greens · 2 tbsp Söl Original · 1 smoked turkey leg · 1 onion · 4 garlic cloves · 2 cups low-sodium broth · 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Sauté onion and garlic 5 min. Add turkey, broth, and Söl Original. Add greens in batches. Cover and simmer 35–45 min on low until silky. Finish with apple cider vinegar.

Shrimp, crab legs, corn, and potatoes all seasoned with Söl Seafood. The showstopper spread — made for sharing.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs shrimp · 2 lbs crab legs · 4 ears corn · 1.5 lbs red potatoes · 4 tbsp Söl Seafood · 1 lemon · 6 garlic cloves · melted butter
Instructions
Season boiling water with Söl Seafood, lemon, garlic. Add potatoes (15 min), corn and crab (7 min), shrimp (3 min). Drain, pour out, dust with remaining Söl Seafood. Serve with butter and lemon.
